Kiełbasa Góralska (goo-RAWL-skah) is smoked and well spiced with healthy addition of garlic. Natural sausage in the traditional Polish highlander style, made of pork. When sliced shows a whiter circle in the middle since no nitrates are added. Could be used for many purposes: as an addition to stews, scrambled eggs and classic Polish bigos as well as for grilling or as a cold cut for sandwiches.
